What happens if data gets re-listed after you remove it?

The guide is a structured, step-by-step walkthrough with platform-specific instructions, opt-out templates you can use directly, notes on which platforms are likely to re-list, and a completion checklist. It's the difference between having a map and having turn-by-turn directions.

Is my personal information safe if I hand it over to you?

We collect the minimum information needed to do the work — typically your name, email, and the specific data you want us to address. We do not store, sell, or share your personal information with third parties outside of the removal process itself. Payments are handled by Stripe — we do not see or store your card details. Our internal data handling is governed by the Australian Privacy Principles (Privacy Act 1988).
